Saying no to sweets

They are my absolute weakness, but over the last two weeks, I’m saying no sweets. It’s all about the fruits and veggies.

My eating has definitely improved. I’m eating every three hours, to make sure I don’t get so famished. You see, if you let yourself get too hungry then you lose any willpower you have to say no to garbage food.

I’ve found there is a lot of truth to the saying, “you are what you eat!” My fitness is definitely increasing. I want to be a fast, running machine, so I better continue fueling with fresh, nutrient-packed foods!

  2. I struggle with this. Wine and pizza kills too. It is a ritual that my wife and I enjoy. Then there is the Dairy Queen. Darn those blizzards. Sorry to hear about Boston. But, your goals make sense. Best!
