Successful track practice

Like I spoke to in my last post, “Heat Check,” yesterday I felt awesome before, after and during my track practice.

My suggested workout was 4 x 800 in 2:55, 2 x 1 mile in 6:00 and 4 x 400 in 85. Flash and I ran 4 x 800 in 2:52, 2:51, 2:46, 2:42, and 2 x 1 mile in 5:59, 5:58 and 4 x 400 in 79, 78, 78, 78.

Cool weather makes such the difference!
