Confidence

 As I said in my last post, Nailed It, every ounce of confidence you gain in training will help you slowly fill up your bucket of confidence. You’ll have that bucket brimming by race day if you capture those confidence boosters as they come.

From experience, I understand just how important it is to have 100 percent confidence.

How important it is to believe in yourself when you are on the starting line of a marathon, about to run a dream goal pace. 

So, here I am during the months of training collecting every ounce of confidence I can. I want to truly, from my core, believe I can run a 2:44 on race day. If I believe, I will achieve. I will continue to feel the confidence that each good workout gives me, and I will continue to accept the bad workouts as necessary lessons/sessions during this journey.

Have the confidence to believe in yourself, and you will succeed.
