Take care of yourself.

What a great lesson I re-learned again. It’s a great lesson for all of us, to not let a bad workout, bad week, or whatever get us down. Sometimes, life leaves us feeling so mentally tired and stressed. Mental fatigue really steals energy for our workouts.

It’s another good reminder: get plenty of sleep and eat healthy. It lessens our stress, and, best of all, it makes us feel good.
